Overview
By default, reports in DoorLoop do not reflect items from properties that have been made inactive. This is because the reports reflect only the current properties you are managing. Don't worry because you can still view reports from properties that have been made inactive.
The Steps
To view reports from inactive properties, click Rentals and then click Properties.
On the Properties page, click the Filter button. Then, on the Filter Pane, use the Status field and select Inactive. Click the X to exit the Filter Pane.
You will now see all your properties that were made inactive. Find and click on the property on which you want to view reports.
On the inactive property, click the Reports tab. You will see a list of all available reports.
That's it. Any report you click on here will only reflect the information on the inactive property. You'll be able to export or print any report as well.
